Six years ago, I encountered a range of challenges that many professionals might find familiar—issues like weight management, lethargy, pervasive anxiety, communication apprehension, emotional and cognitive struggles, strained relationships, memory lapses, and declining health. These were compounded by unhealthy habits, poor dietary choices, and a general resistance to personal and professional growth.
